Scope and separation
This policy applies only to the rivoxis.com corporate site and corporate communications made through it. Sites, accounts, and subscriptions of SmartAdisyon, Rotahex, and later product brands are governed by their own privacy notices; product data falls outside this text.

Data we collect
We may process the name, email, company name (optional), and message content you share via the contact form. If you reach us by phone, the contact details you provide may be processed for the same purposes. Technically, IP address, browser information, and access time may be retained for a limited period in security logs. Completing non-required fields is optional.

Purposes of processing
Data is processed to respond to your corporate request, manage correspondence and relationships, protect site security, prevent abuse, and fulfill obligations arising under applicable law. The corporate site does not run automated marketing profiling or sell product subscriptions.

Legal bases and method
Data is collected electronically (form, email, site access logs). Processing may rely on being directly related to forming or performing a contract, legitimate interest (security and communication), legal obligation, and explicit consent where required. Further detail appears in the KVKK notice.

Retention
Contact records are kept for as long as needed for the purpose, taking into account the nature of the request and legal retention requirements; they are then deleted, destroyed, or anonymized. Security logs are retained only as long as necessary.

Recipients and transfers
Limited transfers may be made to hosting, security, and email infrastructure providers (e.g. Cloudflare, Google Workspace) as needed to deliver the service. Where cross-border transfers arise, the requirements of KVKK and related regulations are observed. Data is not sold; it is not shared with third parties for marketing unless required by law.

Security
Rivoxis applies technical and organizational measures against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse of personal data. Absolute security cannot be guaranteed given the nature of internet transmission; proportionate protection is nonetheless maintained.

Your rights and how to apply
You may exercise your rights under Article 11 of Law No. 6698 via [email protected]. We may request information sufficient to verify your identity. Responses are provided within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. See the KVKK notice for the full notice and rights list.
